Laura Loomer recently took to her Twitter and revealed a video clip that Donald Trump shared:
It has come to light that President Biden has been holding private lunches at the White House with top donors and other supporters as part of an effort to reassure them about his reelection campaign, including concerns about his age and energy, according to three people familiar with the meetings.
It is noted that Biden has held roughly a half-dozen meetings, in groups ranging from four to eight people, since he launched his campaign in April. However, many of them occurred just before the holidays, the people said. They spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.
According to insiders, there have been meetings taking place with no pre-defined agenda, where a variety of topics have been discussed. These topics include ways to challenge former US President Donald Trump, the Israel-Gaza conflict, and abortion rights. The meetings have been organized by Jeffrey Katzenberg, a prominent movie mogul, national co-chair of Biden’s campaign, and a long-time Democratic fundraiser.
These meetings come amidst growing doubts within the Democratic Party about the physical and mental stamina of the 81-year-old President Biden, as evidenced by several recent polls.
In addition to allaying the concerns of anxious Democrats, the meetings have also turned into feedback sessions for Biden.
The individuals who have been invited to the meetings are not just top donors, the people said, but rather make up a mix of people Biden has known for years and those who have become supporters more recently. Biden has enjoyed hearing perspectives on political and policy matters from people outside of his presidential bubble, they said.
