In recently unsealed court documents via DailyMail, explosive claims have emerged regarding Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged possession of blackmail videos featuring prominent figures such as Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and Richard Branson engaged in sexual activities with women he supplied. The revelations stem from emails exchanged in 2016 between Epstein victim Sarah Ransome and Maureen Callahan, a journalist at the time with The New York Post, which have now been made public. Ransome initially asserted that Trump had engaged in sexual activities with numerous girls, including a friend of hers who had also purportedly been involved with both Bill Clinton and Richard Branson.
However, Ransome later retracted her claims, expressing a desire to distance herself from the situation due to concerns for her family. In 2019, The New Yorker reported that Ransome had admitted to fabricating the existence of the tapes. It is alleged that Epstein filmed each encounter, and copies of the tapes were supposedly obtained by the women involved. Despite these claims, no such footage has been publicly disclosed. The FBI is now facing pressure to release evidence, including items photographed during a 2019 raid on Epstein’s mansion that were not seized.
In her emails to Callahan, Ransome mentioned wanting to prevent both Hillary Clinton and Trump from winning the 2016 election, stating her intention to take down Epstein and his associates. She claimed to have contacted a Russian newspaper for support. Ransome’s retraction emphasized her reluctance to go public due to potential repercussions for her family. The emails also contained assertions of Sergey Brin visiting Epstein’s island with his fiancée, Anne Wojcicki.
While Trump and Branson’s spokespersons vehemently denied the allegations, Clinton has not responded to the recent claims. Ransome’s retraction email emphasized her unwillingness to come forward, citing potential harm to her family. The unsealed documents also include additional information, such as photos of Sergey Brin on Epstein’s island and previously unseen images of scantily-clad women on the island. These revelations are part of the ongoing release of documents related to a 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s associate, who is accused of using a secret server named MindSpring for communication.
The court’s decision to unseal these documents follows repeated requests from the media and individuals involved in the scandal for increased transparency. However, the court has not yet fulfilled the request to unveil the names of the 187 individuals previously protected by pseudonyms.
