Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is blasting the Pentagon over the lack of transparency about the drones being spotted flying over New Jersey.
Hundreds of drones have been flying over the state, with some reportedly being as big as a car.

During a press briefing on Wednesday, Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said that the drones do not belong to a “foreign entity or adversary” but did not explain what they are.
“There is not any truth to that,” said Singh. “There is no Iranian ship off the coast of the United States and there’s no so-called mothership launching drones towards the United States.”
The Pentagon also denied that the drones belong to the United States military.
“These are not U.S. military drones,” Singh said. “Again, this is being investigated by local law enforcement. What our initial assessment here is [is] that these are not drones or activities coming from a foreign entity or adversary.”
Rep. Greene responded to the news in a video posted to X.
“I’m going to call it total bullsh-t that no one knows what these are,” Greene said in the video. “They can track down a guy that just killed a CEO, but they can’t identify what nightly drones are and where they’re coming from.”
Greene said the government was “lying” about not knowing who these drones belong to or where they are coming from.
It’s a slap in the face that the Pentagon continues to tell the American people they don’t know who is flying the drones over New Jersey.

“It’s a slap in the face that the Pentagon continues to tell the American people they don’t know who is flying the drones over New Jersey,” Greene wrote in the post accompanying the video. “I think the Pentagon absolutely knows, but they’re full of crap.”
The congresswoman added, “if they actually don’t know, these officials should resign in disgrace.”
“Luckily, in just a few more weeks, we will have people in charge who can tell us what this is,” Greene said of the upcoming administration change.
