New York Black Lives Matter activists were up in arms Friday in reaction to the good news in Marine Veteran Daniel Penny’s persecution for saving innocent women and children from a homeless drug-using criminal.
One claimed that “the KKK, the Klansmen, the evil in America, got another victory,” and “those among you who say that Daniel Penny is innocent have racism and bias in your heart.” What a joke.
Penny was charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide for using a chokehold to detain Jordan Neely, a homeless man who was threatening to kill people on the subway, in May 2023. Neely later died after police arrived at the scene and opted not to attempt mouth-to-mouth resuscitation due to his appearance of being a drug user.
Now he’s facing criminal charges. He was facing a maximum of 15 years in prison if convicted of the now-dismissed manslaughter charge.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, on Friday morning, the jury informed the judge that they could not come to a unanimous decision regarding the manslaughter charge.
However, the 12-person panel will continue deliberating on Monday whether to convict Penny of criminally negligent homicide.

Neely also had an extensive criminal history and an outstanding warrant when he began threatening innocent bystanders on the Subway last year.
This is nothing but Soros-funded Manhattan DA Alivin Bragg’s attempt to enforce “equitable justice” against an innocent White man.
New York BLM chapter co-founders Hawk Newsome and Chivona Renée Newsome decried White people outside the courthouse Friday.

In another clip, Newsome is seen attacking Penny for not asking if Jordan Neely needed help and for not grabbing the dangerous criminal and escorting him off the train while he was threatening violence.
Chivona Renée Newsome, in a fit of anti-White rage, falsely claimed, “They will not find a White man guilty of killing a black man in modern-day America,” and “this is no different than Jim Crow.” She further accused the jury of being “baby boomers who were there doing Jim Crow.”
