In the ongoing Biden border crisis, Texas DPS reported the arrest of a human smuggler earlier this week transporting 10 illegal aliens after a high-speed chase in La Salle County on IH-35.
The smuggler, Kevin Cruz Diaz from El Salvador, was also an illegal alien. He drove recklessly to try and escape capture. Diaz finally stopped and was arrested after DPS used a device to deflate the tires on the Ford F-150 he was driving.
The ten illegal aliens, who were from Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala, were handed over to the Border Patrol.

Texas DPS continually deals with illegal aliens in their State. TGP reported last week that the DPS tracked illegal aliens with a drone who were crossing the Rio Grande on a raft.

Texas has been very successful with Operation Lone Star, launched by Republican Governor Greg Abbott in 2021. It has aimed to deter illegal crossings and to reduce illegal drugs like fentanyl from coming into the US from the southern border. Texas DPS and the Texas National Guard have worked tirelessly to keep the State of Texas safe from the border crisis that the Biden regime created over the last four years.
The US Constitution gives the United States Government the authority to protect the country from invasion under Article IV, Section 4. The Biden regime has willfully opened the border to fundamentally transform the demographics of the United States.
“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution.
Since January 2021, an estimated 15 million illegals have entered the United States. The actual number is difficult to pin down, considering the number of “gotaways.”
President Trump has promised to seal the border on day one of taking office as President of the United States.
