George Stephanopoulos may be OUT at ABC News after CEO Bob Iger decided pay out a $15 million defamation settlement, plus $1 million to cover Trump’s attorneys fees. Trump’s defamation case against ABC News was related to statements made by “This Week” host George Stephanopoulos. Trump sued ABC News earlier this year after Stephanopoulos claimed Trump was “found liable for rape” by a Manhattan jury in the E. Jean Carroll case. In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990’s. Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll…
America has a drone problem. They seem to be everywhere now. While our government refuses to take any responsibility for them, few people are talking about the orbs. Sighting of these mysterious plasma like unidentified aerial phenomenon are growing. The orbs are performing in strange ways. Darting across the sky at lightening fast speeds, floating in place, causing radio frequency interruptions even leaving strange contrails. One drone even appears to respond to Jesus’s name. It is an eerie, unbelievable site. Also, we dig into the latest attempt by Congress to spend 100 billion dollars in special interest programs under the…
A budget deal agreed upon by congressional leaders is being attacked by conservatives as too much waste being approved in too little time. On Tuesday, a deal was cut to pass what’s known as a continuing resolution to keep the government funded through March 14, according to CBS. In theory, Congress is supposed to pass a federal budget by Oct. 1, but in practice, it uses a series of stopgap bills to operate the government while Congress hashes out a final budget. The current stopgap bill expires Friday. Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky was among those saying the agreement…
Last week, The Gateway Pundit reported on an excerpt from the lawsuit Daily Wire LLC et al v. United States Department of State et al in which it was stated that the Global Engagement Center’s (GEC) statutory authority would expire this month, on December 23rd, and that it is “Defendants’ understanding that reauthorization is unlikely to occur.” The filing stated that “the Department transmitted a notification to Congress regarding its plan for the forthcoming termination of the GEC and its plan to realign the Center’s staff and funding to other Department offices and bureaus for foreign information manipulation and interference activities…
Joe Biden’s private email scandal is likely much worse than Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. And just like Hillary, Biden was never indicted for his use of burner phones and private emails while he was US Vice President. According to email records released by the National Archives, then-Vice President Joe Biden was briefed on a highly sensitive North Korea missile launch on his private email account and Special Counsel Robert Hur failed to investigate his use of burner phones and pseudonymous emails. The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to…
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya This story originally was published by Real Clear Wire By Wilk WilkinsonReal Clear Wire Just weeks before President-elect Trump announced that Dr. Jay Bhattacharya would be his nominee to lead the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dr. Bhattacharya and I were together at Stanford University for a bold, first-of-its-kind symposium on public health decision making during the COVID-19 crisis. The idea behind the symposium was to shatter the public health echo chamber and bring diverse perspectives together in respectful dialogue. Dr. Bhattacharya and I are close friends, but our backgrounds are quite different. He is firmly at home…
Credit: United Healthcare Over 40 percent of young people believe the murder of a prominent healthcare executive justified, according to latest polling. Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, was murdered in cold blood by 26-year-old Luigi Mangioni in New York earlier this month. While Mangioni’s exact motivations still remain unclear, it appears that the murder was the result of his anger at the American healthcare industry and the refusal of insurance companies to pay for essential care. A survey conducted by Emerson College found that while the majority of Americans believe that the killing was “unacceptable,” 41 percent of young…
Images of Luigi Mangione played during a ‘Disney-themed’ dance party./Image: @rawsalerts/X The hero worship of Luigi Mangione is troubling. On Friday, it reached a new level of twisted as images of the man accused of brutally gunning down a father of two were played during a love song at a ‘Disney-themed’ dance party in Boston. On Tuesday, The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office formally indicted Mangione, 26, on 11 criminal counts, including first-degree murder in furtherance of terrorism, for the ambush killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson earlier this month. “Comedian” Jimmy Kimmel seemed proud that his staff appears to be…
